* Independently sourced references.
* Membership scheme number (where applicable).
* Recruitment agency interview, as-well as manager and director interviews.
* 12-month defect liability period on all works.
As well as a whole host of additional measures put into place.
2. Pricing
All projects are priced up transparently, with reasonable expenses and wages covered only. No vast profits, just a great service at a fair rate!

Gone are the days of chasing builders and trades-people for updates. Each KD Engineers project will come with a specialist client relations manager, who is reported to by the Project manager, Engineers, Trades-people and other related persons. Your client relations manager will always be on hand to provide accurate updates on timelines, costings, alterations, management – you name it.
4. State of the art software.
KD Engineers uses state of the art software which is updated daily to guarantee building regulation laws are upheld, construction costs are calculated accurately and project management is organised effectively.
